Run npx openpeep@latest
Open your terminal and run: npx openpeep@latest. You'll need Node.js 20+ and Python 3.11+ installed. The setup wizard runs automatically — it creates a Python virtual environment, sets up a demo workspace with sample files, and starts the server at http://localhost:3000.
